For Example,

Let's say the following made up scores were for my 1st period class:

Student A = 31%
Student B = 38%
Student C = 41%
Student D = 48%
Student E = 68%

This means that my 1st period's lowest score was a 31%, and the highest score was a 68%. As a result, I will enter "68" in the second field and "31" in the third field. Then, I will begin intering grades by starting with Student A and going down the list.

Since Student A earned a "31," I will input "31" in the first field and press Calculate. This gives me a score of 59%, which is appropriate because that student was the lowest score. I will enter "38" in the first field for Student B, which turns into a 66%; "41" in the first field for Student C, which turns into a 70%, and so on.
